I had regular ice cream last night. To celebrate Yahoo’s 10th birthday they partnered with Baskin Robbins to give out free kiddie scoops of ice cream. I figured 2.5oz wasn’t likely to kill my diet, so I ordered chocolate peanut butter. I think the kid behind the counter gave me a regular (non-kiddie) scoop, though so I had more than I intended. I also had a single chocolate candy and half a chocolate praline cookie. So I ate more than I meant to of junky stuff. I also haven’t been drinking enough water - only one liter/day for the past few days, instead of two.

Today a co-worker made me feel bad about myself at lunch so on the way back to training I got one of those Carborite cookies (120cal) and gobbled it right down. It didn’t make me feel much better.

I haven’t been exercising either. I guess I’m feeling kind of overwhelmed and run down. Hopefully I will get to “recharge” this weekend.
